Lucie Angèle Cloutier was born in April 1833 in Quebec.² She was the daughter of Joseph Cloutier and Geneveive Ladriere dit Flammand.¹ Lucie Angèle Cloutier married Edmund Willoughby Sewell, son of Col. John Saint-Alban Sewell and Margaret Hobbs, on 10 November 1854 in Notre-Dame-de-la-Victoire, Lévis, Quebec.¹ Lucie Angèle Cloutier died on 3 July 1912 in Quebec at the age of 79.³ She was buried on 6 July 1912 in Mount Marie Cemetery, Quebec.⁴
